About Me
I have been in educational technology since 2008. With the help of a friend I transitioned from the customer service industry in the midwest to the educational technology field on the East Coast. I started Blue Falcon Technologies because I wanted to bring my customer service skills to this industry and give our customers a voice in the services they receive. My background enables me to hear the customer's needs. By keeping the lines of communication open we minimize confusion between the customer and technician. I am detail oriented in my work and aim to do the job right the first time. I treat my clients not just as customers but as friends!
