Do you de-install older legacy hardware such as TV’s, Interactive White Boards and Projectors?
Yes. We can de-install any of your older legacy hardware. There is a charge to de-install the product, but we are very flexible on pricing for it. We will be glad to move the de-installs to a central location however we cannot remove from the building itself.
Are you able to hide the exposed cables?
Yes. We use an item called raceway to attach to the wall and cover exposed cable. If the wall is sheetrock or drywall material, we might be able to hide the cables in the wall ( additional charges may apply).
If we have a chalkboard that cannot be drilled into, are you still able to install a TV over it?
Yes. We can use an item called an Over the Board Mount (OBM) that can be mounted above and below the chalkboard. You would just have to purchase the OBM’s with your monitors.
If our product needs software to be installed or updated, will you be able to?
Yes. If you give us the wifi access, we can make sure all of your product is updated and we can install software on your laptops if needed.
Do you give tutorials to show us how to use our new hardware?
Yes. We will be glad to give you a quick tutorial to make sure you know the general information to get you started. If you need a Professional Development tutorial, you would have to go through your sales department. However we will be glad to assist with general questions.
How long does a standard TV / Panel installation take to complete?
The average time is two hours as long as it is a standard installation with no obstructions outside the normal scope of work.
Do you work during school hours or after school?
Both. We can work during the day or during the evening. We are very flexible during the week and work on weekends as well.
